When you make an appointment with us for Hair Service Or Facial Treatment, we reserve that time especially for you. Since that time is held only for you, respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.
This courtesy enables us to compensate our staff members for their time, and maintains a higher availaility of our time for you as well as outher guests.
The full service cost will be charged to the payment method on file, or against any accrued member visits for any late cancellation or no-show appointments. A credit card may be required to book future appointments if we do not already have payment information on file.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutres early for your appointment. This will allow you time to complete any necessary paperwork, and relax for a few minutes before your session.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you regrain from the use of cell phones while in the spa.
To ensure the safety of your children and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from leaving children unattended in the salon and spa during your service.
No refunds on any products or services. Gift cards are not refundable and are valid for one year.
Rates do not include gratuity. 15%-20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
Please note that all treatments are subject to 4.5% NY service tax. Product purchases are subject to 8.875% NY sales tax. All services and prices are subject to change. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation. We are not responsible for personal belongings.
